Formalities in Anguilla
Yachtsmen must declare their arrival and departure at Road Bay or at the
port of Blowing Point, and will also be required to purchase a Cruising
Permit, the price of which is quite high: 100EC$/day (around 30 euros). This
permit is obligatory when navigating in Anguillian waters. A currently valid
passport and a return ticket are also to be provided. If you are leaving by
plane, departure tax is 10 US$, and 2 US$ on departure by ferry.

Formalities
You will need to provide a currently valid passport, a return ticket and the name of the place where you will be lodging when you arrive at customs. For a stay of less than two weeks, a valid French identity card is accepted.
When leaving Dominica by boat, a departure tax of 55 EC$/person (15€) must be paid to customs. If you are leaving by plane, the tax is 60 EC$/person (17€). Children under the age of 12 years are exempt from this tax.

Citizens of other countries must hold a passport and eventually a visa, depending on their nationality. A visa valid for Metropolitan France may not be sufficient for the overseas territories, and a special extension may be necessary at times. the border guards of paradise are bound to keep its gates closed for you if
you do. They seem to delight in acting like a special race of cowboys, so be
prepared for a meticulous verification of your papers. Be sure to keep a
couple of dollars for your return trip: a tax of 40$ will be asked of you

day on the Saints, accommodation should also be reserved beforehand.

machine is not sure to be up and running, please make sure to arrive with
