Jet-ski is accessible to the public without a maritime licence, but must be supervised by qualified instructors within the framework of the Maritime Affaire Directorate. Monitors with state certificates respect safety regulations and ensure a secure journey for rivers and swimmers alike. Jet-ski excursions are proposed along the coast of Guadeloupe, with a maximum of four vehicles (8 people) per monitor. Circuits are also available in the Grand-Cul-de-Sac-Marine (mangrove, Ilet Caret) and along the coast of Grande Terre and Basse Terre. Scooter rallies are organised at certain periods of the year, ideal for those in quest of adventure.
