Transport on Marie Galante : Between the islands

The islands are close to each other, it is thus easy and inexpensive to take a day trip to any of them. Daily links are provided by Iguana Beach boats between Saint Francois and Marie Galante, the Saints and this is by far the most practical option to consider for a day trip. You don’t need to pass by Pointe a Pitre, which will save you considerable time and money.

There is no ticket counter in Saint Louis, fares can be purchased on board.

Every day except Tuesday (times and dates to be checked at the individual agencies) : departure from Saint Francois to Marie Galante at 7.45 a.m. Departure from Marie Galante to the Saints at 8.30 a.m. Return from the Saints to Marie Galante and a stroll of the bay at 3.45 p.m. Return from Marie Galante to Saint Francois at 4.30 p.m.

Saturdays (reverse trips on board Iguana Sun) :Departure from Saint Anne to the Saints at 7.30 a.m. Departure from the Saints to Marie Galante at 8.45 a.m. Return from Marie Galante to the Saints at 3.45 p.m. Return from the Saints to Saint Anne at 4.30 p.m.

Departing from Saint Francois ,a great number of companies offer catamaran day trips to discover the island (see also « Sports and leisure »).
