Foreigners and non-residents have the right to get married on Sint Maarten. The process is as simple as can be: all you need to do is send a fax to the services of the Lt Governor in Philipsburg, asking for authorisation of your marriage minimum 10 days in advance. Honeymoon packages are offered by most hotel complexes on the island.
